Double Exposure

In the double exposure project I was able to take and edit the picture at home. The challenging part for me in this image was finding a high resolution I really liked in order to lessen the quality of the image taken from my Iphone. For lighting I used my desk light and pointed it somewhat directly at my face and body. When I found the Image of the mountains that i really liked I took it into photoshop and started editing. First, I quick selected myself in the image taken on my phone and then selected and masked in order to try and capture my outlying hars. Then, I set a new layer with layer mask and I set the picture onto a white background. Furthermore, I was able to add the mountain with lake image and clipped it to my mask. I then adjusted the mountain range pic to what I saw fit. I left the image in color because it looked so much better this way than in black and white. Overall, I had a great time editing and taking the picture because I was able to practice this particular skill again.
